FRITOS®/TOSTITOS® Super Nacho Fiesta
Serves 4 to 6
Prep Time: 10 Minutes
Cook Time: 25 Minutes
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 lb. pork sausage
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (9 oz.) can FRITOS® brand Hot Bean Dip with Jalapeño Peppers
- 3 cups (12 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 9 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup chopped ripe olives
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 3/4 cup TOSTITOS brand Restaurant Style Mild Salsa
- FRITOS® brand Corn Chips
Preheat oven to 350°. Cook ground beef, sausage and onion in a large skillet until meat i s browned, stirring to crumble meat. Drain well. Set aside. Spread bean dip in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish; next, layer on the meat mixture, cheese and TOSTITOS® Salsa. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes or until cheese melts and mixture is thoroughly heated. Remove from oven. Sprinkle green onions and ripe olives evenly over top of mixture. Top with sour cream and fresh avocado slices. Serve warm with FRITOS® Corn Chips.
